Gearing up for the busy day ahead, Lady Gaga was spotted leaving the Lanesborough Hotel in London, England this morning .
The "You and I" songstress was greeted by a throng of Little Monsters as she made her way onto the street on her way to a soundcheck.
Gaga tweeted, "Getting ready for Children In Need performance, ready to dance! Will miss the UK so much, had such a lovely time with monsters! Paws up!"
