Landing the coveted spot in the world of
magazines, Lady Gaga takes over the front page of the September 2012 issue of
Vogue.
Set to hit newsstands on August 14th, the
26-year-old "You and I" singer was styled up in a Marc Jacobs frock for the Mert
Alas and Marcus Piggott shot front page of what's her second time being featured
on the popular fashion publication.
On her new signature scent:
"The fragrance is called Fame. It must be
black. It must be enticing. You must want to lick and touch and feel it, but the
look of it must terrify you."
On dreaming up a "fortress" that lets her
dance 50 feet above the audience for her Born This Way Ball world
tour:
"I really wanted to break the mold of
what modern touring is now."
On the reinvention of the meat dress for
her tour:
“We were talking about putting the show
together and I said, OK, what if I was someone's grandma and I was going to a
concert tonight. How would I know that it was a Gaga show? And we all just sort
of looked at each other and said,‘The meat dress.'"

Lady Gaga Brings Her Lacy Ways to Starbucks
Lady Gaga’s never been one for regular
street clothes, and Lady Gaga got all gussied up for a trip to Starbucks
yesterday afternoon .
The “Born This Way” songstress arrived at the popular coffeehouse sporting a black leather jacket and black sheer bodysuit with black sunglasses as she ordered her favorite libation.
Gaga has been treating fans to snippets of her forthcoming album during her current tour, having performed “Princess Die” at her gig in Perth, Australia.
She announced, "It's not about you, it's about me. This whole thing is about me. Oh, the vanity of a singer. So I wrote this song and in a way it has a bit to do with the rest of the album ... well, I'm not gonna say anything.”
"Let's just say I feel, I feel that when I wrote Born This Way, I demonstrated a sense of maturity. And I feel that, on the next album, there's a lack of maturity, it's a tremendous lack of maturity or sense of responsibility."
Gaga added, "I've started writing it and I have the name for it and all the concepts are beginning to flourish and take place. I'm excited to put it out, but it's not done yet. So I'll put it out when it's done.

Lady Gaga Splashes Out $133K for McQueen Dress
Lady Gaga's never been one to deny
herself fabulous fashion, and Lady Gaga plunked down a huge chunk of change for
an Alexander McQueen dress at auction.
According to a report, the “Born This Way” songstress purchased the garment from Christie's South Kensington as part of the Daphne Guinness wardrobe.
Gaga phoned in her record-setting bid of $133,075 for the dress, part of McQueen’s “The Girl Who Lived in the Tree” collection Autumn/Winter 2008/09.
All proceeds from the 102-lot sale went to benefit the Isabella Blow Foundation, which was started by Ms. Guinness to help aspiring fashion designers who deal with mental illness.
She explained, “This auction was the culmination of a plan, the completion of a circle. I wanted to celebrate Isabella — she was one of the most interesting funny people I have ever known. And I feel so great that all of these things will go on to have lives with other people. There has to be a certain flow to life — you can’t hang on to things. The sale was so freeing.”

land down under, and earlier today (June 25) Lady Gaga was spotted making her
rounds in Sydney Harbor, Australia.
The “Just Dance” diva took a stroll down the wharf where she boarded a boat for a cruise around the picturesque waterfront.

Gaga is in Sydney for four concerts as part of her worldwide Born This Way Ball Tour.

Lady Gaga & Taylor Kinney Back On!
Giving love another shot, Lady Gaga is
reportedly dating her ex-boyfriend Taylor Kinney proving they must not have "Bad
Romance" after all, according to Us Weekly.
The "Born This Way" singer is currently touring in Asia, which is where relationship rumors sparked when the singer and her 30-year-old ex were spotted showing off a little PDA in both Thailand and Singapore.
"They sure looked like they were back together -- holding hands and being cute everywhere they went," an onlooker told Us during the couple's Thailand stay. "They were seen kissing right as they got into the [hotel] elevator."
After dating for 10 months the couple split in early May but the insider confirms Gaga is back on with the "Vampire Diaries" star adding, "They are going to try and make it work even with her crazy schedule, Gaga realized she missed him."
However, a packed schedule may tear the couple apart again and according to the source, "She will be touring nonstop until next year," an insider explained, "There's just no room for anything else. Her work is all-consuming."
"They may still be trying to make it work. She feels like having him keeps her grounded," the source revealed. "Obviously she thinks he's hot . . .She says he's 'really cool.'"

Madonna Performs Mashup of 'Express Yourself'' & 'Born This Way
Bystanders who were watching a recent
rehearsal for Madonna's upcoming Tel Aviv, Israel performance on May 31 seemed
to have gotten a little more than they bargained for.
In a video that was released via YouTube on Sunday (May 27), the iconic songstress took the stage to go over her hit "Express Yourself" but instead threw in a little of Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" about halfway through the performance, belting it out as if it were her own.
Whether or not the Mother Monster is aware of the mashup is unknown, but this could all stem back to many critics claiming that Gaga's 2011 hit single had quite a resemblance to "Express Yourself."
Despite the controversy, the 26-year-old performer told Jay Leno on the "Tonight Show" last year that Madonna sent her "love and complete support", but earlier this year the "MDNA" singer had a slightly different opinion.
In an interview with Newsweek magazine when she first got a taste of the song for herself the 53-year-old icon described the new track as a "redo" of "Express Yourself” and "thought it was… interesting."

Lady Gaga: Dealing with Drama in Indonesia
Lady Gaga’s no stranger to controversy,
and Lady Gaga is experiencing all kinds of push-back from folks in Indonesia who
don’t want her to perform in Jakarta on June 3.
It was previously announced that the gig was cancelled due to a lack of permits, but now “Born This Way” tour promoters are trying to negotiate with city officials to make it happen.
Gaga tweeted, "The Jakarta situation is 2-fold: Indonesian authorities demand I censor the show & religious extremist separately, are threatening violence. If the show does go on as scheduled, I will perform the BTWBall alone."
Asrorun Niam from the National Ulema Council announced, "Lady Gaga is considered an icon for liberal culture and Indonesia's freedom is not without limits. There are restrictions related to norms, morals and religion."
Meanwhile, the Islamic Defenders Front has threatened to ‘create havoc’ at the show, calling Gaga the ‘devil’s messenger.’ "We have gotten Lady Gaga tickets, not to watch but for us to enter. Whatever will be will be, we're ready for the risk."
